House C.A.S.A

Welcome to an exciting house project “House C.A.S.A” where the ground floor showcases a spacious living room with a central staircase as its focal point. Surrounding the staircase, you’ll find a cozy fireplace with a bench and a library, creating a small office area. The room is designed with a large dining table, a comfortable L-shaped abstract sofa, and a unique oblique library section. Behind the TV, there is a narrow closet for storage.

The kitchen of the project “House C.A.S.A” embraces simplicity with white furniture and stands out with a striking black composite backsplash that mimics stone. The sleek hood occupies a narrow wall, reaching up to the ceiling.

Moving on to the master bedroom on the ground floor, it features a spectacular bathroom with black niches, a composite countertop, and elegant black and white Calacatta tiles. The bedroom itself boasts a distinctive contrast between gray and white walls. An interesting makeup table is placed in the area that extends from the gray wall into the hallway, and captivating wall sconces adorn the wall.

Furthermore, the ground floor accommodates a guest room, while upstairs you will discover two charming children’s rooms. One room carries an astronaut theme with blue and yellow accents. Its wardrobe includes a cozy upholstered round niche. The bathroom in this room is playful, showcasing blue and white patterned tiles and cheerful yellow accents such as a radiator and a niche. The girl’s room is adorned with a delightful combination of green and pink. It features a “house” headboard integrated into the wardrobe, upholstered drawers, and a truly impressive bathroom with a bathtub, tropical leaf-patterned tiles, and pink accents like a radiator and a niche above the toilet.

Moving to the basement, an entertainment room awaits, complete with a small kitchenette, a wine storage area, a bar, and a comfortable blue sofa surrounded by three vibrant poufs. The kitchen area is distinguished by its black walls and ceiling, complementing the wooden elements, while the living and play area showcases a cement-inspired wallpaper. Equipped with a projector, this versatile space can be rearranged for various activities with friends. Additionally, the basement houses a sauna area, featuring a bathroom with a multi-person jacuzzi tub, wood-look tiles, striking black stone accents that creates a spa-like ambiance.
